Insurance Claim Assistance
Step 1 – Roof Inspection: The obvious place to start is inspecting the roof and accessing damages. We do a full inspection of the roof including, but not limited to soft metals, gutters, and the exterior area of the home or business.
Step 2 – Call in a Claim: If once the very careful inspection is concluded and we have identified enough significant wind and/or hail damage, we will be happy to assist you in the filing of your claim with your insurance company while we are still on the premises.
Step 3 – Adjuster Meeting: Within 3 days (72hrs.) of the submission of the claim, an adjuster will contact you in order to set up an inspection of their own for damages claimed. We will happily meet with the adjuster at the specified time to ensure we point out all of our findings to him/her in order to verify that 100% of the damages are accounted for and corrected.
Step 4 – Review of Adjuster’s Worksheet with Homeowner: This step is for accuracy reasons, in order to determine the full scope of work to be completed. It is also the time for color selections and scheduling of work.
Step 5 – Day of Material Delivery: The installation crew will be on hand when material arrives. A full checklist to make sure all materials have been delivered will be completed. Color selections will be confirmed and demo/install will begin.
